1. Booking Cancellations
- You may cancel your excursion at any time before the scheduled departure.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted via email or WhatsApp to our customer support team.
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the specific excursion terms.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled excursion, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made 24–48 hours before the excursion, 50% of the paid amount may be refunded.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion, or failure to show up, are non-refundable.
Note: Certain special excursions (e.g., chartered boats or private tours) may have different cancellation terms. Please check the specific excursion details at the time of booking.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
- The refund will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
- In some cases, alternative methods (e.g., bank transfer or voucher) may be offered, depending on the payment method and agreement.
4. Excursion Changes
- If you wish to reschedule your excursion, please contact our support team.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the date and excursion type.
- We will do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, governmental restrictions, or emergencies), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel excursions.
- In such cases, we will offer full refunds or alternative dates/options for your convenience.
