We begrijpen dat reisplannen kunnen veranderen en we streven ernaar om het annulerings- en terugbetalingsproces zo soepel, eerlijk en transparant mogelijk te laten verlopen. Lees ons beleid aandachtig door om uw opties te begrijpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Annuleringen van boekingen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U kunt uw excursie op elk moment v\u00f3\u00f3r het geplande vertrek annuleren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annuleringsverzoeken dienen te worden ingediend via <strong>e-mail<\/strong> of <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> aan ons klantenserviceteam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of u in aanmerking komt voor een terugbetaling, hangt af van het moment van annulering en de specifieke voorwaarden van de excursie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Voorwaarden voor terugbetaling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Volledige terugbetaling:<\/strong> Voor annuleringen die ten minste zijn gedaan <strong>48 uur<\/strong> Als de excursie niet plaatsvindt, wordt het volledige betaalde bedrag terugbetaald.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gedeeltelijke terugbetaling:<\/strong> Voor annuleringen die zijn gemaakt <strong>24-48 uur<\/strong> Voor aanvang van de excursie kan 50% van het betaalde bedrag worden terugbetaald.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Geen terugbetaling:<\/strong> Annuleringen gemaakt <strong>minder dan 24 uur<\/strong> v\u00f3\u00f3r de excursie, of het niet verschijnen, zijn <strong>niet-restitueerbaar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Let op: Voor bepaalde speciale excursies (bijv. gecharterde boten of priv\u00e9tours) kunnen afwijkende annuleringsvoorwaarden gelden. Controleer de specifieke details van de excursie op het moment van boeken.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Terugbetalingsproces<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Terugbetalingen worden binnen <strong>7-10 werkdagen<\/strong> vanaf de datum waarop de annulering is bevestigd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De terugbetaling zal via de worden uitgevoerd <strong>oorspronkelijke betaalmethode<\/strong> zo vaak mogelijk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In sommige gevallen kunnen, afhankelijk van de betaalmethode en de gemaakte afspraken, alternatieve betaalmethoden worden aangeboden (bijvoorbeeld bankoverschrijving of een voucher).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
